Wolfward Studios is an independent game and entertainment development studio focused on immersive worlds, exploration, and player-driven experiences.
Our philosophy begins with a simple idea: the world should be more than a backdrop. It should invite you to pay attention, learn its rhythms, and find your own way through it.
Our beginning
A studio built around the world.
At the center of Wolfward Studios is an interest in the places games can become: places we learn to navigate, return to, and remember.
That interest guides our current work on Elderwilde, an open-world survival game set in Veyra. Its development brings together the creative questions that matter to us: how a world feels, how its systems connect, and how exploration can lead to stories that belong to the player.

Wolfward Studios is inspired by family, by the bonds that give us strength, and by the people whose influence remains with us.
The wolf family at the heart of our identity reflects belonging and protection. The watchful wolf above them honors the memory of the founder’s father—a quiet symbol of guidance that continues to shape the work ahead.
We carry that meaning into what we create: worlds built with care, room for discovery, and the hope of making something worth remembering.
